You forgot A, B, C, and D but the correct answer is option D, 3.75 x 10 ^ -3 seconds

1/1.5 * 10^-6 = 2500/x
x = 1.5 * 10^-6 * 2500
x = 0.00375 or 3.75 * 10^-3 second.
