It is a rigid transformation because the image is the same size and shape as the pre-image.

Since it produces the mirror image of the original image therefore, the points on the pre-image are the same distance from the line of reflection as the corresponding points on the image.

So the only statement is not true about reflection is "The image faces the same direction as the pre-image. ".
