I think the nurse would note Wheezes with wet-lung sounds. Lungs auscultation is the process of listening to lung sounds, usually with a stethoscope. Physicians and nurses commonly auscultate lungs. Heart sounds, abdominal sounds and carotid bruit can also be auscultated.
