Painless, intermittent, gross hematuria is the main symptoms of bladder cancer. Cancer cells are fragile, makes it easily damaged. It also has a high vascularization, make it gross hematuria. The bleeding mostly painless but might cause some pain if there is inflammation or obstruction.

Discharge from the urethra is linked with infection. Urgency, frequency, and dysuria are non-specific lower urinary tract symptoms
