ok, expnential growth

F=A(1+r)^t
F=final amount
A=initial amount
r=growth rate iin decimal form
t=time in years elapsed

so given
A=6.25 million
r=3.22%=0.0322
t=2018-2012=6

so

F=6.26(1+0.0322)^6

F=7.57

so it will be about 7.57 million in 2018
