Diversity refers to the degree to which differences exist among members of a group or an organization.
You'll notice in school, work, families and most thing you do in life everyone is different from one another. Diversity is what makes us unique. It allows those from different thinking, backgrounds, knowledge and experiences to work together and achieve more through their differences. Diversity lets an organization grow their talent pool because each team member has something unique to them that they can bring to a team setting.
