I would say that it would multiply the effects of both. This is what causes harmful reactions when some medications are combined with alcohol. In increasing the effects of the substances, a normal dose can easily become a danger.

Alcohol may decrease the effectiveness of medication or making them useless. In some cases, Alcohol may make the medication toxic to the body and cause several body complications
