How did president truman and eisenhower differ regarding civil rights?

The two had a quite difference regarding civil rights. Differences are as follows:

 The objective of the civil rights under Eisenhower administration is to ensure that all American citizens could exercise their right and freedom to vote because the organizations gathered evidence of discriminatory practices poll taxes and literacy test.

 President Harry Truman wants to create a lasting Civil Rights Commission to progress protection from murdering and execution, a permanent fair and just employment practice commission, and to eradicate poll taxes.
