MG or commonly known as MYASTHENIA GRAVIS were associated a depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, dysthymia and social phobia. MG is triggered by a mistake in the process of transmitting of nerve urges to muscles. It will arise when usual communication between the nerve and muscle have made discontinuous at the neuromuscular junction where nerve connects within the muscles they control. The antibodies in MG destroys the region of tissue for acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction, with this it will prevent the muscles from decreasing.
