I think the answer should be the atmosphere
Condensation of water vapor in the atmosphere will cause it to precipitate and falls under gravity. This phenomenon is what happens when raining or snowing. The water falls on the land(lithosphere) and the sea(hydrosphere). After that, the water will be evaporated and come back into the atmosphere.
