What’s the difference between an acute injury and a chronic injury?

After acute pain goes away, a person can go on with there life as usual. Chronic pain is ongoing and usually last longer than six months.

An acute injury is usually for a short period of time then you go back to normal. A chronic injury will follow you for life, and you won’t go back to normal.
