Think about "The Branches of Government." How are legislators held responsible for their decisions?

Any law created in Congress must pass through both houses. The executive branch can then check this branch with a veto. The Supreme Court is also able to review any law for constitutionality. If any branch can determine a bill unworthy Congress must abandon or rewrite.
