I think the vital signs should be repeated after every 5 minutes while transporting. There are four primary vital signs; body temperature, blood pressure, pulse(heart rate), and breathing rate (respiratory rate). Nonetheless depending on the clinical setting, the vital signs may include other measurements called the fifth or the sixth vital sign.
