What benefits did an absolute monarchy have in Russia?

If you're talking about the communist dictatorship, then here's the answer.

The absolute monarchy itself did NOT have any benefit in Russia, however, the fact that Stalin was very brutal and strategic against the enemies did have benefits.

However, I'm thinking you could be talking about a different era.

One benefit of the Absolute Monarchy is the creation of new Government program or Regulation is way smoother compared to the Democratic System..

In absolute monarchy, the king could make whatever regulation that he please. In Democratic system on the other hand, the government program/regulation that proposed by president could be rejected by Congress.
