It can’t be A, C and B, mainly because the starting temperature of the water in the beaker is not 0 but 20 degrees.
I’m not sure where the linear graph starts for at D, but if it is at 20 and follows the above criteria, including the final temperature remaining constant at 100 degrees for next 8 minutes then it is correct.
