It is the trait that describes people who are psychologically well adjusted and tend to be religious hence those kinds of people were sincere on individual differences, fairness, greed avoidance and modesty. This is generally associated with pro-social behavior, treating people fairly and being unconcerned with self-promotion and this has been shown to be positively associated with many desirable traits and negatively associated with lots of undesirable traits.
