Listening attentively requires:
1, 2, and 4.

You can be attentive and disagree with what the other person is saying.
You have to show that you are interested in what they are saying. It's actually much harder to do than one would think. You have to push all other thoughts out of your head so you can reflect what the other person is saying. You certainly cannot be attentive all slouched back with your arms crossed while twiddling your fingers either. Attentive listening includes your body language and posture too.
