What we can do for this case is to graph both functions:
y = (x + 2) ^ 3
y = x ^ 2 + 3
Then, we see the behavior of the functions:
blue: y = (x + 2) ^ 3
red: y = x ^ 2 + 3
answer:
2 units rigth and 3 units up
(option 3)
