A hereditary disease in which blood clots slowly or abnormally is called hemophilia. This condition makes people to suffer prolonged bleeding after an injury or even bruising. This is due to the inability of the blood to make blood clots which usually seal the injury. This condition has lead to many deaths especially after a surgery has been performed.
