I think when a drug is fat soluble, sniffing is a rapid and effective way to absorb it, the statement is true. Nonetheless, liquid solubility should not be too high, because highly fat-soluble drugs tend to have low solubility in water. For example Drugs administered nasally should be water-soluble as well as fat soluble. Fat soluble drugs are those drugs that dissolve in fats an example is antianxiety drug.
