I'm assuming that you want this:
literally everything is the same except for the side lengths
ex. angle measurements, orientation, some other stuff I can't think of right now.

Pre image = Polygon ABCD

Image = Polygon A'B'C'D'

If the dilation factor ,

1. 0 < Dilation factor < 1

Pre image > Image

2. Dilation factor > 1

Image > Pre image

When a figure is dilated , the two pre image and image are similar to each other , means

1. The sides of two polygons are proportional.That is


(AB)/(A'B')=(CB)/(C'B')=(CD)/(C'D')=(AD)/(A'D')

2. Interior angles are congruent:

1.∠A=∠A', 2. ∠B=∠B', 3. ∠C= ∠C', 4.∠D= ∠D'
