It always helps me to remember that something that is concrete is something you can touch...literally. You can touch the bag of peaches. You can touch the bend in the road and the signs. Option A is talking about holding the peaches. This leaves option D as the only correct answer. This is correct because love is abstract; you can't touch it. The speaker is technically eating the peach, but he's speaking of love.
