We model the ticket as a rectangle.
For this case what you should know is that the perimeter of the rectangle is given by:
P = 2w + 2l
The area of the rectangle is given by:
A = w * l
In both cases:
w: width
l: long
We have the following system of equations:
32 = 2w + 2l
60 = w * l
