We know that the following values and their corresponding amounts:1 L = 10^3 cm^31 ft = 30.48 cm
So the solution for this problem would be:
10.0 ft x 30.48cm/1ft x 11.0 ft x 30.48 cm/1ft x 8.00 ft x 30.48 cm/1 ft = 2.49 x 107 cm3 = 2.49 x 104 L
