Well it doesn’t look like there are any choices but social Darwinism is basically that society is based on natural selection. Oh and just so you know, this theory was discredited in the 20th century.

The sentence that best describes social Darwinism is this: PEOPLE THAT HAVE TRAITS THAT MAKE THEM SUCCESSFUL SHOULD LIVE AND REPRODUCE WHILE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT GOOD AT LIFE SHOULD NOT BE ENCOURAGED TO HAVE FAMILIES AND REPRODUCE.
Social Darwinism is a theory that propose that just like animals, human beings also should be subjected to natural selection and only the fittest should be allowed to reproduce and survive. The theory was proposed in the 19th century but it has now been discarded.
