The answer is "In Memoriam" by Alfred, Lord Tennyson

Arthur and Alfred met at Cambridge, where they were both members of a society of intellectuals known as the Apostles. They became very close friends, and in fact, Arthur fell in love with Alfred's sister, Emily. After Arthur's death, Alfred wrote an Elegy in his honor titled, "In Memoriam"
