The behavior that the nurse should include in order to diagnose and conclude that the client has DID or also known as dissociative identity disorder is when the client exhibits of having change in regards to his or her mannerism, the way he or she dress and how he or she changes his or her voice. It is because a multiple personality disorder tends to acquire multiple identities exhibiting different personalities in which this is one indication that may conclude that the client exhibits this disorder.
