The outlier is:

(8,35)

Explanation:

We know that outlier of a data is the data point that stands out as compared to rest of the data point i.e. it either takes a too high or too low value as compared to other data points.

Clearly from the table given in the ques we see that the data points attains a value in the interval 60-75.
