In a communist command economy workers are employed by the State and State institutions.

A communist command economy system does not believe in Free Market Economics, nor does it believe in the right of the ordinary person to pursue legitimate business interests.

Command economy theory insists that the government can better handle all the resources in a country to ensure equality and justice among the population.

While in theory, it does sound good, in reality, communism does not work well due to government corruption and inefficiencies.
