the answer is Hyperemesis gravidarum. This is a pregnancy condition that is characterized by severe vomitting, nausea, weight loss and even dehydration. This condition has similar symptoms as morning sickness but its symptoms are considered to be more severe. The symptoms usually appear between 4-6 weeks of pregnancy but the symptoms get better after 20 weeks of pregnancy. It is believed to be caused by a change in the hormone level.

The answer is hyperemesis gravidarum. While it is normal for a pregnant woman to experience morning sickness (occasional vomiting), hyperemesis gravidarum condition is a case of excessive vomiting that often lasts longer than normal over a pregnancy. The condition has been associated with high HCG hormone and if left unmonitored, the pregnancy could have complications.
