Does the frontal lobe release norepinephrine that speeds up heart rate and breathing rate

The adrenal medulla of the brain stem is triggered by stress hormones that in turn, release norepinephrine which stimulates the sympathetic nervous system to speed up breathing and heart rate.

The frontal lobe primarily controls motor, executive and inhibition functions.
