I think it might be metaphase because all of the chromosomes are lined up in the middle :) either that or anaphase!

The correct answer is Metaphase

Here we can see the chromosomes that gather around the equator of the cell which is found between the two centrosome poles. This equator of the cell is called the metaphase plate or the equatorial plate. Only after everything has happened that needs to happen at this phase is when the cell goes into anaphase.
