Which of these is the basic unit of macroevolution?

Unfortunately, this question is incomplete. However, macroevolution is evolution at the level of a species or greater, as opposed to microevolution, which is evolution at the scale of alleles. Macroevolution can be thought of as the summed effects of microevolution.
