Transcription is the process that takes place in the nucleus where DNA molecule generates a messenger RNA ,carried out by the enzyme RNA polymerase. The messenger RNA formed moves to the cytoplasm where it is used to make polypeptides through a process called Translation. In this case the steps that re-created the process of transcription stage of synthesis of proteins are steps 2,3 and 4.
