Should you or should you not stretch before exercising?

Not necessarily. It's not proven to help prevent injury, curb muscle soreness after exercise, or improve your performance. Static stretching before exercise can weaken performance, such as sprint speed, in studies. You should warm up by doing dynamic stretches, which are like your workout but at a lower intensity.

Hope this helped :D

Yes. It is very important to stretch before exercising so that you don't injure yourself during the activity and you don't have any soreness, tenderness or tightness allowing you to exercise with less pain. hope this helps :)
