HCl(aq) + NaOH(aq) → NaCl(aq) + H2O(ℓ)
the precipitate is
1. NaOH.
2. HCl.
3. There is NO precipitate.
4. NaCl.
5. H2O.

3. There is no precipitate, precipitates are SOLID. Meaning that they are insoluble in water. NaCl in the products is aqueous, therefore it IS soluble in water. Meaning that there is no precipitate.
