A polar bear's life rely's on the ice to travel, hunt, breed, and den. Scientists believe polar bears are unlikely to survive if the ice melts in their ecosystem.

Rise in temperature can melt ice (where polar bears live). Also rise temperatures can make fish migrate to other parts of the ocean, decreasing the bears food source.
