Similar Angles Property
Because the triangles are similar triangles, the measurement of corresponding angles are the same. Therefore the measurement of ∠A' is equal to the measurement of ∠A

Find the value of x based on the information we get from the question.
∠A' = ∠A
7x - 4 = x + 32

Classify the like terms, move the ones with variable x to the left, and move the constant to the right.
7x - x = 32 + 4
6x = 36
x = 36/6
x = 6
The value of x is 6

Find the measurement of ∠A by plug in the value of x
∠A = x + 32
∠A = 6 + 32
∠A = 38

The measurement of ∠A is 38°
