How does the speaker decide they will handle future encounters with their ex-lover in “when we two parted”?

He will grow anger and yell at her

He will run and greet her warmly

He won’t say anything and will cry instead

She is dead so he won’t ever see her again

the answer is "he wont say anything and will cry instead" because at the end of the poem the speaker states "if i should meet thee after long years how should i greet thee? with silence and tears" so the answer is directly in the poem.
