False, squares cannot be rectangles because squares have all even sides a rectangle does not.

THA THIRD IS FALSE.
If it is false that "Some rectangles have four equal sides", then there are no rectangles with 4 equal sides;
and if "all the squares have four equal sides", then no square can be a rectangle.
