Kenneth Irvine Chenault is the outgoing Chief Executive Officer of American Express where he served for 17 years. He was recently appointed as chairman of General Catalyst and serves on the board of Facebook, Airbnb and Fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Proctor and Gamble. The personal ethics and qualities that have helped make him a success are integrity and courage as well as being proactive, adaptable and a team player.

I believe the personal ethics are:
- His drive to separate which actions that he need to prioritized and allocate his time the most
- His view of leadership. He believes that leadership is a privilege. Which means that he saw his employees as the people that enable him with the ability to take him to his Goals.
