Well, first off a psa stands for public service announcement . I have three reasons why they are engaging and effective. first off it’s a public service announcement so it will be on the Public’s TVs and phones . A second way that they are affective are the basic ways of engaging someone into a story or a paper your writing. And somehow use it in a way with video , ya know without making it into one of those weird psa’s, finally it’s engaging because you need to know the common problems of the city or state your in , so that means learning what problems have in common and making your psa into something that actually matters to the community instead of making it no one cares about (kinda like saying stranger danger instead of look both ways before crossing)
