I believe Andre should not interrupt the conversation and wait his turn to offer his opinion.
In order to improve communication through listening, we should always make an effort to fully hear the opinion of others.
By respecting/hearing other people opinion, they will become much more likely to reciprocate and do the same thing to your opinion. This will end up in better communication for all individuals involved.
