RNA ( ribonucleic acid) is a nucleic acid that contains ribose sugar instead of deoxyribose sugar in its nucleotides (small unit that makes the nucleic acid). Apart from this, it contains Uracil nitrogenous base instead of Thymine, which is present in DNA.
