The original purpose of the research is to help society finding the perfect people whose characteristic would be suiotable for leadership on all field.
As it turned out, there is no universal sets for leadership because on general, different situations would call for different form of leaderships.
(for example, harsh and strict leadership would be suitable for military but wouldn't be usable in artist community)
