For the reaction hconh2(g)ânh3(g)+co(g), k= 4.84 at 400 k what can be said about this reaction at this temperature?

The reaction contains significant amounts of products and reactants at equilibrium. Since K is around 1.
It is not true when you say that the equilibrium lies far to the right because you would need K <<<1 to make this true but since K is 4.84 at 400, then it won't be true.
