customer demands and that of it's competitors. As the market evolves, Mcdonald need to also evolve or else it will lose it's customers to competitors that embrace change and are customer centric. Because of this most of the time there is need to modify menu and also bring out new menu when this is done, it needs to let the customers know of her resolute determination to serve them better and as such communicate the message and change in a effective and efficient manner.
