How did executive order 8802 affect civil rights reform?

Official Order 8802 influenced the Civil Rights change in that it was to a great extent a reaction from President Roosevelt to address the dissents. This request precluded racial separation. The Order was marked by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on June 25, 1941, to forbid racial separation in the national barrier industry. It was the principal government activity, however not a law, to advance equivalent open door and deny work segregation in the United States.
