The correct answer is B. Embankments

Embankments are large mounds of dirt or stone used to divert the pathway of water that is trying to flood an area or to prevent it completely from on through towards an area, similar to how a dam works. The other possible choices would not be helpful considering how many problems the SEA region has with flooding.
