Napoleon quickly rose through the Military Ranks during the French Revolution. Once he was already powerful inside the Military of France. Because of his many successes during that period, Napoleon became a National Hero. In 1799, the Abbe Sieyes decided to propose that a new constitution should be mande for France. That happened because of the serious economical and international situation of the country. Napoleon went for a coup, then, helping Abbe but soon pushing him aside and ruling France by himself.
